Paul Kolazinski
I am an American Artist currently based in Austin, Texas. The practice of making, showing and selling work has been primary to my life for over 32 years.
The body of work represented here is called “Push & Pull” because of the uniquely shaped canvases. Made with traditional wood frames and stretched canvas, I make sculptural paintings that are never flat. Acrylic is my medium of choice. Lines, color and texture are my subjects.
I earned a BFA from San Jose State University and my work sits in collections around the world including the US, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Germany, Austria, and Canada.
