After graduating from The University of Texas in Austin with a studio art degree, I have been lucky enough to continue through many different paths of creating that have ranged from painting to printmaking and graphic design. Working with clay has allowed for a combination of these different disciplines and it also serves as an escape from the digital noise of day-to-day life. As a result, it has brought more creative spontaneity and the simple joy of making. Currently, my focus is functional objects on the wheel with original hand drawn designs
